Start Here: 👉  Many people walk around with little to no connection to their emotions, feelings, and needs. My goal is to change that by teaching as many people as possible to attune to this cycle and to deeply understand their inner world. This guide is a great place for people to start if you are unfamiliar with that terrain.

This guide will help you identify your emotions & feelings, and then it will help you translate those emotions/feelings into a need. All feelings are related to needs. If you do not understand what needs an emotion and feeling is trying to meet, then it is easy to get swept away by your emotions, which limits your ability to communicate and connect with others.
